Do you know the story about Henry Ford and a bill from a consultant for 5 minutes work?
He asked for an itemized bill.  The consultant did the following:

• Making chalk mark on generator $1.
• Knowing where to make mark $9,999.

Ford paid the bill.

There are so many things to consider and I would love to know your thoughts.........

Literally, the million dollar question.  I know Agents who we have sat down and calculated how much repeat and referral business they have lost due to NOT USING a CRM.  He stopped counting at $1,000,000.  

Most Agents don't use one because it doesn't work properly, they can't figure out things, they don't understand the value...but you can't afford to NOT read this article and watch the video. 

How much money are you really losing by NOT keeping in touch with your database?  I mean, do you really think you will remember to call on every single client's possession date?  Birthday?  Anniversary?  Have you tested a zillion CRMs? Are you pulling your hair out?

I see these questions a LOT on Real Estate forums and I totally get why someone would ask, but things to consider when you read other people's responses:

1. You have no idea what their setup is.
2. You have no idea how technical they are.
3. You have no idea how they use their specific device.
4. MAC users love MACs
5. PC users love PCs
